01 — Story
I've spent more than ten years in international development, NGO management and social change work across North Africa, the Middle East and beyond. Throughout, I've focused on empowering communities, building partnerships and driving sustainable development through innovative, evidence-based programs.
I studied at the Institut Méditerranéen de la Communication, and my career has taken me from countering violent extremism and youth debate in Tunisia to leading multi-country media programmes for Horizon Media Trust.
My work combines strategic thinking, innovative communication and deep community engagement to design programs that change knowledge, attitudes and behaviour. I'm committed to advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals, especially education, gender equality and sustainable economic development.

Nominated by a regional jury, she won the global public and executive committee votes, honoured for Contribution to Children, World Peace and/or Human Rights. The panel highlighted her use of crisis communication to preserve human dignity, defend the right to credible information and bring trauma relief to children in volatile environments.
