The project
Next Mayors (Al Baladiya) set out to bring a generation of young Tunisians into civic life during a critical era for Tunisian local governance.
What she did
Nour directed the show's media development and strategic production. Its entertaining, competitive television format had young participants practise democratic debate, build public policies and take part in civic dialogue.
Impact
The show encouraged young Tunisians to engage confidently in civic dialogue and democratic debate.
