When your job is speaking, your website needs a voice. For Nour El Kamel, we imagined a speaker portfolio that puts the person and their causes at the centre, without ever looking like an online CV.
The imagined brief
Nour El Kamel is a media project manager based in Tunis, with over ten years in development and social change across North Africa and the Middle East. She speaks at conferences and leads media programmes. The site had to reassure event organisers and partners while telling the story of a commitment.
The idea
The name becomes the set. "Nour El Kamel" scrolls across the full width of the screen, surrounded by a cloud of portraits and field photos. A single sentence sums it up: a decade of media and storytelling for social change. Then come the pages: about, work, speaking, contact.
Art direction
White space and deep black give a journalistic tone, sharp and credible. A single bright colour, a warm orange, marks the accents and echoes activist energy. Google Sans Flex, a variable typeface, moves from a massive headline to reading text without changing family.
Motion
Photos float around the name and react to scrolling, like memories being leafed through. Each project has its own page with a structured story: context, action, outcomes told in the first person. Transitions stay simple so the content remains readable at a conference, on a phone, between two sessions.
The journey
The About page traces the career in chapters: education, successive roles, volunteer commitments. The Work page presents each programme as a short story with its own page. The Speaking page lists talk topics and possible formats, and the contact page speaks directly to organisers and partners.
What this concept brings to a real brand
For a consultant, trainer, journalist or public figure, this concept shows how to turn a career into a story. A strong home page, projects told as stories and a clear speaking page: that's what makes an organiser want to invite you.
Concept: the brand and its brief were imagined by KOYOTEC to explore a creative direction. This is not a client project.
