The name says it all: start from zero, every time. For Studio Zéro Douze, we imagined an agency site that looks like a gallery, where images speak before words.
The imagined brief
Zéro Douze is an independent creative agency helping brands with their image, campaigns and content. It wants to attract ambitious clients and show it never applies a ready-made formula. The site had to showcase projects and the team with a gallery aesthetic.
The idea
The site opens on a blurred, cinematic image band, then the name "ZÉRO DOUZE STUDIOS" in thin capitals. Further down, projects are presented like hung artworks: a salon of paintings on a red wall, a white room with visitors in silhouette.
Art direction
Lots of white, black for text, a deep red drawn from the images and an aqua green for accents. Teko, a condensed, geometric typeface, signs the name and headings, with subtitles in brackets like exhibition catalogue captions.
Motion
Images reveal through masks as you scroll, a "+" sign opens the menu and projects enlarge as you approach them. The rhythm is that of an exhibition visit: you move, you stop, you look.
The journey
Index, Projects for the work with a sample project page, About for the team, Careers for talent and Contact. Each section opens with a label in brackets — "(Selected Projects)", "(Know the Team)" — to guide reading.
What this concept brings to a real brand
For an agency, photographer or gallery, this concept shows how a museum-like layout enhances a portfolio. Little text, large images and simple navigation: the work presents itself.
Concept: the brand and its brief were imagined by KOYOTEC to explore a creative direction. This is not a client project.
