In luxury real estate, you sell a way of living first. For Rivage Immobilier, we imagined a site that makes you feel space and light before talking about square metres.

The imagined brief

Rivage Immobilier helps demanding clients buy and sell exceptional properties: villas, seaside homes, houses with character. Its clients, in Tunisia and abroad, want to be reassured about the agency's seriousness. The site had to inspire and make them want to get in touch.

The idea

The home page opens on a golden-hour landscape — hills, pines, low light — with a centred sentence: "A modern approach to luxury living and timeless spaces." A thin vertical red line crosses the image like a mark on a plan. The story then continues as you scroll.

Art direction

A warm, elegant palette: off-white, sand gold, deep black and a burgundy red kept for a single graphic detail. DM Sans, a sober geometric grotesque, in capitals for headings, gives a contemporary, reassuring tone far from flashy luxury codes.

Motion

The site tells its story through scrolling: images open, sentences follow one another, and the red line accompanies progress. Each screen is a step, like a property tour guided room by room.

The journey

A narrative home page, then properties shown large, the agency's approach and contact. Key phrases — spaces designed to inspire, effortless experiences, attention to detail — pace the journey up to the viewing request.

What this concept brings to a real brand

For a real estate agency, developer or hotel, this concept shows the value of a strong visual story. Well structured, with a page per property and neighbourhood, this kind of site also helps you appear in local searches, where buyers start.

Concept: the brand and its brief were imagined by KOYOTEC to explore a creative direction. This is not a client project.
